ABOUT US
Founded in 1975, Sabattus Housing was created to develop and preserve affordable housing for low-income families, individuals, and persons with disabilities. What started as a small, mission-driven organization focused on the New England area, has grown into a robust non-profit that has preserved at-risk housing stock from Maine to Louisiana. We believe access to safe, high quality affordable housing is a basic human right. We believe the shortage of affordable housing in our country is an epidemic that requires creative and thoughtful solutions, and we believe in fighting for those who are not always able to fight for themselves. Sabattus Housing is driven to preserve affordable housing.
